Cheerful guesthouse where we had a great one night stay. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Staff were super friendly and lovely, and very patient and sweet when I accidentally ran off with the room key at the end of my stay!! We were offered a hot breakfast of eggs-your-way on toast in the morning, which was simple but really good, and I also had a bowl of vanilla soya yoghurt and cereal. There were croissants too. They had oat milk upon request for our tea and cafetiere coffee which was fab! There wasn't any vegan butter/spread out for my partner's toast, but to be fair we didn't ask - they may have had some in the kitchen! Excellent to have the free parking just outside so we could leave our car there for the whole weekend. The location was so easy to get to town from and to by bus, just a 10 minute journey to the centre! Overall fantastic stay in a beautiful city, thanks so much, we'll definitely return :)

Comfortable room, all I needed for one night. Breakfast was fairly simple, eggs with toast, coffee and a selection of cereals and fruit, but this was fine for me. Towels and bedding were clean. And I was happy with the facilities in the room,

Good location, close to bus stop to a city centre, near supermarkets and coffee places. Free parking and friendly staff, basic but nice breakfast included. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee amenities. We were allowed to leave the car free of charge before checking time ;) that was nice.

Liked how close it was to the restaurant that we had reservations at. Great parking, directly outside. The room was lovely and clean and the owners had thought of everything, including extension leads with usb sockets next to the bed. The bed was firm but comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Next morning breakfast was lovely with really attentive service. Will definitely be staying again.

Very good location. Close to supermarkets and places to eat. Easy to find the hotel, on the main road. Some parking at the hotel (2 spaces) but free on road parking in the adjacent side roads from 4pm to 10am and 6pm to 8am. Single room a bit small, but had everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Room and bathroom both very clean. Reception was quick and efficient. Breakfast was fine (continental)

Stayed for 3 nights. The location was really strategic and wonderful. The bus stop is right in front. And it's one bus from Oxford railway station to the guesthouse. The room was really comfortable and spacious for 1. I booked a double room. Anthony was a good host from the start. Breakfast was intercontinental but still a good selection. Anthony was really helpful with information.

The owner was extremely friendly, managed to park the car in front of the house and allowed us to leave the car all day while visiting Oxford. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. My parents room was much smaller but adequate for a night. Breakfast is in the BB next door, it is continental only with a choice of eggs. The area is full of restaurants and only a short bus drive to Oxford city center. Will definitely be back next time we visit.

I think for the price paid it was a lovely stay really. The room was nice and clean, we had everything we needed: towels, toiletries, hairdryer. There was even a microwave in the corridor, which we prayed on as we picked up pizza on the way to the guesthouse and it was already cold when we arrived. So, having a microwave to heat it up was a blessing! Breakfast was continental but we were also offered eggs of our choice, so I guess depends on how full you prefer to be in the morning but I had enough of food to kick the day. Staff is lovely and helpful as well.
